That expression, “Numbers don’t lie”, well, neither do mirrors and clothes.
Like so many others, as I reflect on the last ten years- it’s obvious that my once fit self, isn’t so fit.
And my hair- well, will leave that for another post. When the big Six-Oh passes, perhaps at that time the website will need to be renamed to Sixty and Happening! But turning this into my online accountability of “It is never too late to follow your passions”.
Remind me to put in by years and what was happening as the 50’s really were not all that and would like much to see some big improvements. Or perhaps, the land needed to be cleared to make room for new?
so, If it goes into print it turns into real:
What I would like is to:
- squat (4 x 20) 2 days a week
- mini bands 5 days/week
- walk 3-4 miles no less than 5 days a week
- cable bands in the park 2x/ week
- weights /dumbbells 3-4 day/ week
that and watching the food intake. It cannot just be me- it’s not the taste so much, but what one feels is missing . and then there is the fear of never stopping. The life and times of the perpetual watching the weight thing and those handful of “cheats” is enough- even with exercise to be repsponsible for gaining. I want to get out of my system all the food that for some reason my brain thinks we will be missing because we have lofty goals-we ARE so conditioned by the media to eat eat eat.
Anyone else notice how trendy vegan is right now? How many of these enthusiasts will still be waving the vegan flag/
I want to do Vegan/ Plant Based PR marketing and lifestyle for a living – how do I package and sell that? Have been doing it for years for other people with their brands and have just gotten to a point that selling food is like ….it’s there and I am grateful, but it most certainly is not the hill that my goals rest on—-so logging in daily and will be updaiting- butt shots and all (always covered) and here we go- starting tomorrow and will post within the next week all the photos in the various pages.
